Two years ago the Iowa Coalition against Domestic Violence collected the stories and photos of over 30 women who generously shared their experiences with abuse and survival.  Information about the project’s development can be viewed here.  At first the photos and stories appeared in newspaper articles, and then they were compiled in a photo exhibit that has travelled around the state.  Eventually they may be published in a book. 

On Wednesday, October 28 and Thursday, October 28, the exhibit will be at Dawn’s Hide and Bead Away, 220 E.
